Acrylic has been good to me the last few months. The material is pretty damn easy to work with, and a laser cutter's best friend. The process of "cementing" acrylic together chemically bonds pieces together, and I've found it really easy to get creative with.
Below are a few examples I've made in the last few months. You can see some custom shirt hangars that were made. One for Lunice, a French Canadian producer, and one for Ryan Hemsworth, an Atlantic Canadian producer. Both included custom-deigned modules for a bottle of something special. I worked with a friend to create custom shirts that were hung on these hangars.
These acrylic pendants were made for a Wednesday night residency I DJ at. The night, called Dial Up, hosts national and international producers and DJs. Along with making one for each member of the Dial Up crew, I wanted to thank the talent for coming by making goofy (but seriously awesome) chain pendants. I ended up gifting these to Falcons, Sadgirl, Soulection Crew, Wave Racer, and my favorite one Seiho on his Spring Fever tour.
